Once again another mental week with deadlines coming at me from all directions. Twice as much work as usual. I’m not complaining : I’m six days away from travel paradise. The kind of destination that inspires insults of all sorts and the hatred of one’s friends. In the run up to my sun, sea, sand galore, I wanted to share with you a few witty videos discovered on Facebook, or sent by girlfriends who spend their lunch break surfing the web (Joséphine if you hear me). An ephemeral adult playground to be relished like the first crunch of a Mars bar : to start things off, there’s the tumblr La Comédienne (The Actress) that tracks the brilliant and affected mannerisms of a few celebrities. My favourite phrase being, “I’ve never seen animals smile” by Fanny Ardant. The author gives off a slight impression of disliking the poor Mélanie Laurent of who he collects unofficial videos…If that isn’t enough to cheer you up, the tumblr Coucou Les Filles (Hi Girls !) should help you out. A variety of hilarious videos found on YouTube, with a preference for girls who webcam themselves and start all of their videos with, “Coucou les filles” ("Hi Girls !").
